We hope that our viewing and ordering sections are straightforward and easy to understand, and that the subsequent service is second to none. Ordering

When you place an order with us online we automatically send order confirmation to you in an email that includes the order number, plus all the other order details. If you DO NOT receive this confirmation it means we have not received your order. The internet does this from time to time. If you have not heard from us within three working days of placing an order, please email or telephone 0845 644 2814 and we’ll come to the rescue. Obviously your order is very important to us and our customer care is a personal matter.

Delivery

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery FREE of charge.  Our standard delivery time is 72 hours.  However, if your order is urgent please email us to let us know as sometimes we are away at events and exhibitions and this may delay the dispatch of your order.

All overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail International Delivery. There will be an additional charge for this – we will contact you after you’ve placed your order to let you know what the delivery charge will be as we have to work this out for each overseas order. We’ll send you a Paypal invoice for the delivery charge or issue you with a refund if you’ve not happy with this additional charge.

We will contact you with an estimated delivery date for items that are out of stock.

Returns Policy

All our fascinators carry a MONEY BACK guarantee. Any item you order from us can be returned for replacement or refund within 14 days of the date it was shipped, provided the item is returned in new (it hasn’t been worn) and undamaged condition in the original packaging.  We CAN NOT be held responsible for damage caused to returned items if you do not pack them back the same way as you received them.  If you require a refund, we will refund the original purchase price of the item/s returned less a 10% admin charge to your credit or debit card.  Remember to include your name and address, along with details of whether you’d like a replacement or a refund.

Items returned to us arriving damaged, or lost, will not be credited. Items damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please inform us of damages within three days of receiving the order and return the damaged item and the original packaging to us so that we can make a claim for damages to Royal Mail.
